Weight Watchers

I think I’m going to try Weight Watchers.  I’ve done it off & on in the past, and it really does help keep me accountable, if I stick to the plan.  I think I need to follow a diet of some kind because it’s just too easy for me to overeat otherwise.  I like WW because it’s so flexible and you don’t have to deprive yourself of anything - it’s just everything in moderation.  I need to look through my stuff from before and see what my points target is.  I can’t even remember, but I wasn’t nearly this big when I did WW before anyway, so my target will be different this time around.  A girl I work with is going to do WW too, so we can help keep each other accountable (even though she has a LOT less to lose than me!).

I went for a 30 min. walk around the neighborhood with Savannah and then did 15 min. of yoga.  I’m going to do at least 45 min. of exercise tomorrow so that I won’t have to worry about it on Halloween, but I’ll still have at least four 45-min. workouts for the Survivor Challenge this week.  Someone on my team is up for elimination unless our team has a higher percentage of weight loss this week, so I’m REALLY hoping I can lose some weight and help “save her” from elimination!  Our extra challenge for tomorrow is to do as many “man” push-ups as we can.  I’m not sure I can even do one.  LOL  I haven’t tried to do a “real” push-up in forever.  I’m going to go try one after I finish this just to see how I do.  :)

    Great job on getting your exercise in!

    Good luck with Weight Watchers! There are many people on the plan here so you have plenty of company.
