Black Friday

Well, I gained 3 pounds between yesterday morning and this morning.  Yikes!  I guess I enjoyed my Thanksgiving a little too much.  LOL  I was back on track today, though … 40 minutes of pilates, 40 min. of walking, and not too shabby with my eating.  Would’ve been better if my mom hadn’t brought over some leftover homemade candy & fudge from yesterday, but oh well.  I had 2 pieces and ordered my husband to eat the rest so I won’t be tempted.  LOL  I hope I’ve lost the 3 pounds from turkey day when I weigh in for the Survivor 2 Challenge tomorrow.  I’ve been chugging the water all day, so I’m hoping that will make a big difference.  This is my first week with only 1 diet soda per day, and I’m proud to say I’ve stuck with it all week long.  Yay!  :)

The low-fat pumpkin cheesecake was a HUGE success … I can’t believe it was only 4 WW points per slice.  Yum!  I will definitely be making it again.

Okay, off to check the boards and then it’ll be time to put baby girl to bed.

    I am glad to hear that thanksgiving didn’t actually phase you that much. I love how you exercised to burn it all off. Way to go. :)
