Monday

Ahhh, crazy, tiring, stressful Mondays.  Gotta love ‘em.  Is it bad that I’ve already counted and we have 102 school days left until summer break?

Anyway, I did manage to get a 60 min. cardio workout in tonight (some aerobics & step aerobics while watching TV), and I feel SO much better.  I only missed 2 days, but I felt like crapola from missing my workouts (I can’t believe I just typed that, but it’s true!).  I even shopped for like 8 hours on Saturday, so I got a ton of walking in, but it just wasn’t the same.  It didn’t feel like a real workout to me, so I felt like I hadn’t exercised since Friday.  Anyway, I feel much better now.  :)  My plan is to do a lot of strength training tomorrow, along with (hopefully) a little cardio, if I can squeeze it in.  I have to go to a 3-hour training tomorrow, so I’m sure I’ll be ready to get up and move around a little once that’s over!

    I know that as a mom I am counting the days til summer so I can only imagine that you - the teacher - are counting too…LOL

    Good job on the cardio while watching TV…I know after missing 2 days that your body is happy today..=)

    Yay - anything you can do helps! It is amazing how a couple days of missed exercise effects you like that hey? I am glad to hear that you are feeling better now that you did some cardio. Good job babe!

    I feel much better today after getting back on the exercise wagon. It’s crazy but it means that it’s a habit now, so that’s awesome. Great job!

    It seems like taking a little break makes it even harder to get back into the routine. I know it does for me. We just have to work our way through it!
